Description:
BloomTV is looking for an experienced in-house videographer to work across multiple locations and projects for both BloomTV and MadeTV. Projects may include commercials, tv shows, workshops, and marketing footage.
Responsibilities:
- Filming video on set and on location
- Working with creative teams, and BloomTV/MadeTV content creators to plan video shoots
- Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment
- Preparing b-roll footage
- Maintaining proper Maintenance of filming equipment

Description:
BloomTV is looking for an experienced in-house video editor to process raw footage and transform it into the final product which is suitable for broadcasting. Working collaboratively with a passionate and highly motivated team of videographers and producers, the right editor would serve as our in-house edit guru, providing guidance and support to our production team and content contributors. In this role, the editor would handle the edits for multiple concurrent projects. Work may include adding sounds and special effects, closed caption, making editorial decisions, using computer software, and shaping the audience’s experience.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video’s creation
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
- Following a script, screenplay or outline
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
- Inputting graphics to enhance footage
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
- Working closely with producer to present a final product that matches his or her vision

This role includes helping to develop multiple show concepts, storyboarding with content creators from both BloomTV and MadeTV, and ensuring that the project is produced on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a budget and schedule for all filming projects
- Oversees the direction of a show or program
- Plan shoots and production days for filming projects
- Plan pre-production and post-production
- Guide the direction of filming projects before filming, and on set as needed
- Pitch production concepts to sponsors/partners
- Motivating talent
- Attending casting sessions (as needed)
- Overseeing rehearsals
- Identifying filming locations
- Coordinating with the production team to ensure consistent creative execution
- Working with the editor to create the film in its final form.
- Working with content creators to bring their vision to life.
